So here are most of the highlights....
-My mom has a really nasty cold. SHes been off work for the past few days to try and recover a little and avoid the spread of it.
-My sis killed her back at work and was off work for a week. She went back tonight but is already having problems... **Sigh**
-My mom's best friend (our neighbor) was diagnosed with Cancer this Friday. Shes been sick for a while but refused to go in and see a doctor. Turns out there is a tumor about 3cm in diameter compressing one of her lungs. She was admitted to the hospital and is on oxygen. They are running more tests and talking about getting her ready for a surgery to remove the tumor to make breathing better.

Work is going well... sort of. This week is going to be hell. We are re-launching the Copy Center and now ever full service order will have a $2.00 service fee. For people doing huge ass orders this is going to save then tones of money... for those doing small stuff... its going to suck and they are going to be bitchy. :S ((sigh))

My sister in law and my brother just made hotel reservations for Hal-Con 2010 [link] and it sounds like a blast. xD $125 a night for the hotel rooms and $45 registration fee (online price) Its easy enough to add a room on to their block because they have 3 rooms booked already.
We have a year to figure it all out. I think it would be fun ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

That's the fun thing about making changes in the work place: in the end, no one is happy anyway. Unless you're the sadistic sort and like to repeatedly explain to huffy customers why things in life change. Then I guess it's a happy-happy-joy-joy field day? xD
I miss conventions.
Awesome note: met some people at University who are interested in going to the ones in our area; similar/same fandoms as us and everything.

Any plans for Halloween?? I know you don't like billiards but there is a band playing on Halloween and a costume contest and shit. xD. Wanna come with?? If you dont have plans that is.

Yea, about Barb... things are still kinda up in the air. She refuses to come home which is stupid... They don't think they can operate on the tumor because her other lung isnt strong enough to be support on its own... so yea... not sure whats going to happen.
It sucks though... My mom is severly depressed because her best friend with cancer won't call or spend time with her... dont know why... shes cutting everyone out of her life... And Brody is majorly depressed. I'm trying to stay up beat... but its like falling and hitting your head. At this point... I dont know where the fuck "up" is. I don't even have a halloween costume yet :'(

Baby, can you play with fire?
Currently, sort of not really. I had a few ideas, but time is a heavy factor nowadays, and I'm stuck with several essays to write as well as work. : / I think I can chill Halloween night, though. I work the afternoon, so I have the night off. And, really, Billiards doesn't bother me. I'd just like a chance to get out of the house and stay out for several hours and see people. xD
I stopped playing a few weeks ago, because I'm at this one mission in Wonderland that's incredibly boring.
The boss you're talking about, is it the one where it's a giant cart that rams into the front gate? If it is, i was stuck on that one too. What I did was I added a few things to the panels that: A) made Roxas as strong as possible, B) jump higher, and C) have plenty of high potions. It's definitely a button masher, but the process goes by a lot smoother if you focus on strength and health rather than speedy attacks for this one.
That sounds like a lot to handle, or rather, a lot that isn't being handled. I'm not sure what to say. If you ever need to vent, though, just give me a call. I'm free weekday nights and most afternoons.
As for a costume, do what I do and walk around and say that you're dressed up as an apathetic teenager or something. ; D
